Model 6700 covers the visible wavelength range with a spectral bandwidth of 4nm.
Model 6705 covers the UV/visible wavelength range with a spectral bandwidth of 4nm.
Model 6715 meets the EP/USP requirements with a spectral bandwidth of 1.5nm across the UV/visible wavelength range.
The large, colour touch-screen display ensures the fastest response to operator input and the clearest presentation of options and results. A sealed QWheelTM is provided for fine cursor control or scrolling. With this cutting-edge user interface and novel operating system the 67 series offer the simplest, most intuitive operation in their class.
Secure multi-user operation can be selected where each users settings, methods and results are protected by PIN codes. A designated supervisor can control user access and back up data and settings.Open, free use is always available at any time without logging in to the protected areas. For extra security stored information can be held on a removable memory card.
All data, methods and settings can be transferred to another instrument or PC using the removable SD/USB memory card. Multiple instruments are easily formatted with identical settings, while the latest methods can always be uploaded from the memory cards.
The PC software included enables the easy transfer of data and methods from the instrument or SD memory card to the computer for printing, storage, presentation or further manipulation.
The removable sample chamber enables a number of plug-in accessory modules to be fitted, making the rapid configuration (and reconfiguration) of the desired sampling options possible. Accessory modules include an eight cell auto changer, a sipper pump for flow-through cuvettes, a peltier temperature controlled cuvette holder and peltier/sipper system, as well as single 10mm cuvette, long path length and test tube holders.
The 67 series offer the following modes of operation
Photometrics for simple Absorbance and %T measurements at selected wavelengths.
Kinetics for timed measurement and enzyme reaction monitoring.
Quantitation for concentration measurements based on calibration with 1 to 20 standards.
Multi-Wavelength measurements with calculations based on up to 4 discrete wavelengths.
Scanning at an impressive 1500nm/minute, even with data collection at 0.1nm intervals. This enables zooming to higher resolutions without the need to re-scan and full post scan re-scaling of either axis.
QWheel is a trade mark of Quantum Technology Group.
