| This sole unit will help you dry after ethanol precipitation.(An air filter is equipped on vacuum nozzle) A heater is equipped to shorten lead time of concentration and evaporation by compensating latent heat by evaporation.A disposable chemical filter is attachable on the back side of the unit.
Purpose of use
- Oileless vacuum pump and heater are equipped.
- Useful for ethanol precipitation of DNA and RNA,drying after isopropanol precipitation.

This sole unit will help you dry after ethanol precipitation.(An air filter is equipped on vacuum nozzle) Using with a freeze trap is recommended when the solvent is dangerous chemicals or corrosive.(A pump is necessary for a freeze trap)
Heater is equipped
The heater is necessary to shorten lead time of concentration and evaporation by compensating latent heat by evaporation.
A rotor for 0.2/1.5/2.0ml tubes is a standard accessory
8 successive tubes for 0.2ml are attachable. 0.5ml tube is attachable by setting inside a 1.5ml tube without a cap.
A variety of chemical filters are attachable
A various disposable chemical filters are attachable on the back side of the unit.It will decrease the influx of solvent gas to the pump. |
