BIONOVAS INC. RNase Inhibitor is a highly purified.This inhibitor has a very high  binding affinity for pancreatic-type ribonucleases such as RNase A.BIONOVAS RNase Inhibitor is active against RNase A, RNase B and RNase C, but does not inhibit RNA polymerases, DNA polymerases, RNase 1, RNase T1, RNase T2, S1 nuclease and RNase H.

Placental RNase Inhibitor is often used to inhibit the activity of RNases in reaction mixtures for cDNA synthesis and in vitro translation, as well as for long-term storage of valuable RNA samples.
   
Applications:
 

One unit of this product will inhibit 50% of the activity of 5 ng RNase A.
   
Storage Buffer:
  20 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 50 mM KCl, 0.5 mM EDTA, 8 mM DTT, and 50%(v/v) glycerol
   
Storage Recommendations:
 

Avoid exposing product to frequent changes in temperature.  RNase Inhibitor requires 1 mM DTT to maintain activity.
