Description
	NA/ Hind III Fragments are prepared from DNA (cIind1ts857 Sam7) that has been digested to completion with Hind III. They are suitable for sizing linear double-stranded DNA from 125 bp to 23.1 kb. These fragments can be visualized by ethidium bromide staining. The fragments can also be radioactively labeled by filling in the 3’ recessed ends with E. coli DNA polymerase I or the large fragment of DNA polymerase I.

Storage Buffer:
	10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.4) 5 mM NaCl 0.1 mM EDTA

Concentration :
	(0.5µg/µl)

Note:
	The 564 bp and 125 bp fragments may be difficult to detect due to their small size.
	2 ug/lane 1.2% agarose gel stained with ethidium bromide
