X174 RF DNA/Hae III Fragments are prepared from purified fX174 RF DNA that has been digested to completion with Hae III.  They are suitable for sizing linear double-stranded DNA from 72 to 1353 bp.  These fragments can be visualized by ethidium bromide staining.  The fragments can be radioactively labeled by one of the following methods: (i) Partial exonucleolytic degradation and resynthesis with T4 DNA polymerase.

0.1 mM EDTA

Note:
 

Apply approximately 0.1 g of fragments per mm lane width. 
Do not heat before loading.
