Favorgen's 250bp DNA Ladder is suitable for size of linear double-stranded DNA fragments, from 250bp to 5Kb. The 13 bands of the ladder contain fragments the following sizes: 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1250, 1500, 1750, 2000, 2500, 3000, 3500, 4000, 5000bp. The intensity of 1000bp and 2500bp is three times than the other bands.
 
Features
  ★ Each loading will yield a minimum of 10ng DNA per band.
★ Band 1000bp and 2500bp are more intense than other bands.
 
Storage & Loading Buffer
  10mM Tris-HCL, 1mM EDTA, pH 8.0 (TE buffer)
   
Loading Dye Solution
  0.25% bromophenol blue
0.25% xylene cyanol
